* Please be aware that your order will have to go through customs and they may hold on to the order for a number of days. WaistshaperUK are not liable for any customs charges 

If you go to check out and your Country is not there please contact us at info@waistshaperuk.com and we can look in to adding your Country for delivery. 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination and this charge must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, WaistshaperUK has no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot gee an exact figure of the fee you will incur

You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order form our website, so you will not be surpassed by charges when your parcel arrives.

REFUSAL OF PARCEL

If you refuse a parcel, please note you (the customer) will be liable for the return costs and custom charges if applicable. These charges will be deducted from the cost of your order.

 

IF MY PARCEL IS LOST WILL I GET REIMBURSED?

If you have not received your order within the delivery time frame, we will need to raise a full investigation with our courier which can take up to 2 weeks for them to confirm the details of your order. If you order is confirmed as lost, we will re-despatch your order.

CAN MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED TO A WORK ADDRESS?

Packages can be delivered to your place of work however WaistShaper UK do not accept liability if the parcel has been signed for on your  behalf by a member at that address.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing form your order then please contact our Customer Care Team: info@waistshaperuk.com

EXCHANGE POLICY

- NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON CLEARANCE PURCHASES

If you wish to exchange your waist shaper please fill out the exchange form included in your order.

- Your exchange must be sent within 7 days. No returns are accepted. Enhancing Butt Lifter & Body Shapers are non-exchangeable due to the nature of the item. Terms & Conditions Apply.

- The item must be repacked in the same condition it was received in. 

- Please note the cost of the return & re delivery is the customer’s responsibility. 

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and keep your receipt safe. 

- Please allow up to 10 working days from the date you return the item to us, for us to contact you and for your exchange to be processed.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A FAULTY ITEM?

If you believe to have a faulty item please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. We will need to ask a few questions regarding the wear and care of the garment before returning it to us, once we receive the garment back we will take careful consideration in our final outcome. You will receive your final outcome of what we can do within 10 working from the date you returned that garment.
